What happened to the last week of my life? Did anyone out there see it? Have I been abducted by LGMs (little green men)?
Shwoo, my husband says that I have actually been here (on Earth ). We communicated via cell phone and he has even seen me a few times. So I guess if it was an alien abduction they never took me out of cell phone range. At least I do remember answering and making hundreds of calls and sending as many emails.
It must have something to do with the fact that my city is coming up on their coolest part of the year. Pony Express Days. 10 days of Carnival and Event mayhem for the whole family and I get to assist in planning all of it. There are endless details and amazing things coming together. The one thing not coming together is my blog post.
Random thoughts of an overtired working mom are hard to reign in. They tend to bolt in different directions from one moment to the next.
Bare with me, I have PED brain. (I hope that is not a real disorder. It stands for Pony Express Days. In case it is a disorder and anyone thinks I am mocking it.) I share my particular mental dilemma with a few other people at the city where I work. We have a small committee and we are all working hard.
Go us.
Back to Mom. One thing she did teach me was to plant flowers in the fall so that they will come up in the spring. I think she learned that from Grandma. Either way I appreciate it because every time I see my Daffodils in the spring it makes me happy.
Don't know when I will be back because of my time warp issue where 7 days can disappear without a trace in a matter of a few extremely exhausting seconds.

Flowers! I love them. I need to plant more of them around my house. Maybe I'll actually get around to doing that this year. :)
